We offer Ayurvedic Massage, a deep tissue, full body treatment, with warm medicinal oils! It's healing,  relaxing, invigorating and energizing to the body.  Allow us to help you relieve stress, tension and restore balance to your body!  Table and chair massages available.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese word that means, "universal life force energy". This energy is all around us, within and without. In a healthy state, energy flows through the body freely and naturally. Our highly trained Reiki Masters, are skilled at unblocking this energy, and circulating it through the body for optimal health, and well-being.  

Chakra Balancing and Healing

The body is composed of energy, and this energy is concentrated in certain areas of the body called chakras. We have multiple chakras and the major ones are located along the spinal column. Trauma,  and stress can cause this energy to become blocked, causing pain, stiffness, etc. Chakra Balancing allows the energy to flow more freely through the body, thus eliminating pain, disease, unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors.

Yoga

Yoga is a total mind-body-spirit workout!  It improves flexibility and circulation, stimulates nerve endings, builds muscle strength, improves your posture, boosts your immunity and lowers blood pressure, and much more!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga & Meditation

We offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga with a focus on alignment, flexibility, deep stretching, and relaxation! Meditation is a part of every yoga session and we also offer workshops on Mindfulness Meditation to help with mental health, stress management and coping strategies!

Chair Yoga

Yoga is for everybody! Yoga can be diversified to include Chair Yoga for people who are unable to use the mat. Chair Yoga is great for seniors, people with disabilities and it can be done right at your desk at work! We offer both virtual and in person classes.
